Pastor
Katherine Rick-Miller
Rev. Katherine Rick-Miller was raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and is a child of the First Presbyterian Church of Tuscaloosa. Katherine received a degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University in 1997. Before starting her seminary education at Princeton Theological Seminary, she spent one year studying at Trinity Theological Seminary in Ghana, West Africa on a Rotary Scholarship. While studying at Princeton, Katherine served as a seminary intern at the McCracken Memorial Presbyterian Church in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Katherine graduated from seminary in 2002 and was ordained by the Presbytery of Sheppards and Lapsley on October 5, 2003.
Katherine served as the pastor of the East Falls Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2015. Before that she served as the Faith-based coordinator of the Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger’s Food Stamp Outreach Campaign. During that time she also served as the pastor of the Beacon Presbyterian Church in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia.
Katherine and her husband Drew have three joyful and adventuresome daughters – Ruth, Margaret and Emma Kate.

Pastor for Community Formation
Rev. Dr. Katherine Kussmaul
Katherine “Kat” is a graduate of The College of Wooster (BMusEd), Duke Divinity School (MDiv) and Aquinas Institute of Theology (DMin in Preaching) as well as being an End-of-Life Doula. She has spent the last twenty-three years serving congregations and communities in Leeds (England), Cary (NC), Urbana (Illinois) and Raleigh (NC). She completed a Chaplain Residency (2020-2021) at WakeMed where she continues to work as a Contract Chaplain. She coaches writing as a freelance editor and is in the process of launching an End-of-Life Doula business.
Kat cherishes opportunities for meaningful conversations about topics that matter: birth & death, living & dying, hopes & dreams, joy & grief and those “big questions” with which we struggle. She is a daughter, sister and aunt of six. She loves the Pittsburgh Steelers, preparing meals for others, laughing with friends and spending time with Dibley, her bichon frisé, who yes, IS named after The Vicar of Dibley.

Director of Administration & Communications
Anna Richardson Raab
Anna Richardson Raab is a native of Greensboro, NC and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Anna realized her passion for church work early on - first as a dedicated participant in her home church’s youth programs, and later as a college intern at University Presbyterian Church (Chapel Hill) specializing in Youth Ministry. After graduation, Anna served as Youth Fellowship Coordinator at Western Boulevard Presbyterian Church in Raleigh for 5 years. In addition to her role as the Director of Administration and Communications at West Raleigh, Anna also serves as an adult leader of the Presbytery of New Hope Youth Council. She is married to Jonathan, her high school sweetheart, with whom she shares a daughter, Nora.

Music Director
Jen Wolfe
Jennifer Wolfe is a native of Canada who came to the Triangle in 2019 after a 30-year career teaching college music in Ontario, Louisiana, and Michigan. She holds Masters degrees in choral conducting and piano performance, and serves part-time on the music faculty of Meredith College. A busy freelance accompanist, she collaborates with the Raleigh Boychoir, the North Carolina Opera, and numerous area voice studios, singers, and instrumentalists.
Jen has published a children’s book, “The Mess;” a instructors’ resource manual for teaching music appreciation; and a choral arrangement of the Jewish folksong “Gey Ikh Mir Shpatsirn” (earthsongs). Several other compositions have been performed by choirs, including three that she helped found: the Sudbury Youth Choir, the West Michigan Children’s Choir, and Persisterhood (a women’s protest choir).
When not practicing, Jen enjoys cycling, kayaking, painting, reading, and birding with her husband and golden retriever.

PCM Campus Minister
Ashley-Anne Masters
Rev. Ashley-Anne Masters is a native of North Carolina and holds degrees from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC and Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, GA. Prior to her call to PCM in August 2017, she served as Interim Manager of Spiritual Care at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. During her decade as a hospital chaplain, her clinical focus areas included NICU, oncology, palliative care, trauma, and patient advocacy.
Rev. Masters is a frequently published author. She is co-author of Bless Her Heart: Life as a Young Clergywoman, author of Holding Hope: Grieving Pregnancy Loss during Advent, and contributor to Talking Taboo: American Christian Women Get Frank About Faith.

Ashley-Anne considers her call to PCM "the greatest surprise of her clergy career," and loves hearing how students interpret the world, where they find hope, and how they feel called to bring about God's kingdom of justice and love.

Trinity Concepts
Since 1998 Trinity Concepts has been assisting churches and faith-based organizations with their bookkeeping and financial reporting needs. West Raleigh’s financial manager is in the office on Tuesdays and Fridays.
